Nathalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Management. She’s walked the weight-loss journey herself—from pre-teen struggles through her late 20s, trying every quick fix and trendy shortcut.
Through patience, consistency, and strategy, she transformed her body into the sculpted, athletic physique she once thought was impossible.

Coaching philosophy
My coaching is designed for women who are ready to move beyond random workouts and finally train with structure, intention, and strategy.
Most of my clients are women in their 30s and 40s who are tired of:
